Budget Home Decor

Hey, I'm trying to sell these over on Cafepress but got to feeling bad because I know how you can make them yourself so much cheaper, so here you go. Merry Christmas.

If you don't want to mess with it, you sure can click on the sample to go to the link and buy it. I won't be mad at ya.

But, you could also pick up a clear plastic ornament at Dollar Tree, a string of clear or colored fairy lights, also at Dollar Tree, and then save the artwork and print it at home.

You can print it on sticker paper and trim it down to the circle shape or print on regular printer paper and Mod Podge it on.

If you have to buy Mod Podge, whole thing will cost you under $5.00 and take no time at all. Great stuff to make and sell or just enjoy or give as gifts.

Step Two

Push the lights down into the ornament, letting the battery pack hang out the back. Attach with double sided tape or a little glue if you want, but be sure you can still change the batteries.

Step Three

Enjoy your budget-friendly custom Christmas ornament with a high-end look.

You can click the products below to see them on the Dollar Tree site. I have no affiliate relationship with Dollar Tree, so I make no commission. It's much cheaper to pick them up at the store if you can since the minimum quantity and shipping are outrageous on the site.

Completely Custom Gallery Wall for Nearly Nothing

Gallery walls are easy ways to create nice focal points in any room but can get extremely expensive very quickly, even with the most budge-friendly art prints or personal photos.

Bump that. Create your own and spend next to nothing with pages you color yourself from your favorite coloring books and frames from either Dollar Tree or thrift store finds.

Not only will it be more uniquely you than "canned" art, you can easily change them out whenever you need a refresh or even for every season and holiday without spending a small fortune.

Hey, I know where you can pick up some gorgeous coloring books, too. From me! Check it out.
