To do your own pedicure, start by soaking your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then trim and file your nails, exfoliate your feet, and moisturize. Finally, apply nail polish if desired, using a base coat, two thin layers of color, and a top coat for shine and protection. Here's the step by step:

Steps for a DIY Pedicure

Preparation

1. Gather Your Tools

   • Nail clippers

   • Nail file

   • Pumice stone or foot scrub

   • Cuticle oil

   • Moisturizer

   • Nail polish remover

   • Nail polish (base coat, color, top coat)

   • Basin for soaking

2. Soak Your Feet

   • Fill a basin with warm water.

   • Add Epsom salts or essential oils for relaxation.

   • Soak for 10-15 minutes to soften skin and nails.

   •

Nail Care

1. Remove Old Polish

   • Use nail polish remover on a cotton pad to clean nails.

3. Exfoliate

   • Use a pumice stone or foot scrub to remove dead skin.

   • Focus on heels and rough areas.

1. Moisturize

   • Apply a generous amount of foot lotion and massage into feet.
